Short Descriptions - MCK2812 LV Servomotor Driver
MCK2812 LV (Low Voltage) Servomotor Driver Evaluation Board is designed for high performance DMC system and is based on Texas Instruments TMS320F2812 DSP. It is a reliable and fast servomotor driver solution, which contains three parts: EVM2812 board (DSP part), LVD (driver part) and IB2812 (interface part). MCK2812 LV Evaluation Board can directly connect with one or two DC brush/brushless servomotor, AC asynchronous motor, AC permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor and stepper motor to form a digital servomotion control system.

Board Features - LVD (Low Voltage Driver)
- Power supply: 24~80 VDC, maximum peak value current 10A, output power up to 400W
- Special driving chip and 20A-200V MOSFET tube, with over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-heat protections
- On-board 30W rebounding power switch, able to supply large current resulting in a safer system
- Input interface for incremental photoelectric encoder signal and Hall sensor signal
- On-board precise resistors to perform three-phase current sampling and guarantee accuracy
- Feedback interface for current/velocity/position feedback loop
- On-board filter to reduce EMI interference according to FCC-15 standard
- PWM frequency up to 40KHz
- May connect with DC brush/brushless servomotor, AC asynchronous motor, AC permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor and stepper motor to form a digital servo motion control system when operating along with EVM 2812 board

- 128K*16 bits on-chip Flash program memory, Flash encryptable
- 18K*16 bits on-chip SRAM
- 256K*16 bits extended SRAM as program/data RAM (upgradable to 512K*16 bits)
- 8K words (16K bytes) extended EEPROM as parameter ROM, with SPI interface
- 4 channels of 12-bit extended DAC sync output with SPI interface
- Standard RS232, CAN communication interface
- On-board VL-Bus, data/address/control connections and special function pins connections
- On board IEEE1149 JTAG interface for real-time emulation
- Power supply: 5 ± 10% VDC
- Custom designed A/D power supply and A/D reference voltage to insure the accuracy of A/D sampling
- Interface with SY-IB2812 to realize keyboard and display panel

- Able to operate with SY-EVM281 via MCBUS

- 6 I/O of I/O PORTB to push button keys and LEDs
